I have paired Jabra Elite Active 75t earphones but they will not play. I am on a Surface Pro running Windows They show up in 'Other Devices'. They are a super bit of kit, but if I can't get them to play on my Surface, I will have to send them back. Any solution before I reluctantly send them back? This thread is locked. Could you help further? Your instructions were really clear. I'm experiencing the same problem. I think part of the issue may be that the Jabra Elite 75t earbuds seem to automatically pair under 'other devices' not 'audio'. Do you have any advice as to how to resolve this?

While the earbuds connected automatically to my phone, for the laptop I had to simultaneously press the buttons on both earbuds for three seconds until a blue light started flashing -when I did this while searching for a new device on my surface pro they FINALLY connected!

I see, thanks for responding. To do that, follow these steps: 1. Right-click the Volume icon in the bottom right corner in the Taskbar and choose Playback devices from the menu. When Sound window opens, right click the empty space and choose Show Disabled Devices. Now check if your Playback device appears on the list. To enable the device, right-click it choose Enable from the menu.
